About Your Trainer
I have been a professional dog trainer since 2005, and have been certified as a Behavioral Therapist and Master Dog Trainer by one of the largest canine training organizations in the world. Since I started, I have trained more than 2000 dogs.
Prior to my dog training career, I worked as a speech-language pathologist for over 20 years. In that profession, I learned how to work with many types of individuals with many different learning styles to help them improve their communication skills. As a result, I now have a great deal of experience helping both dogs and humans communicate with each other. This is the essential building block for training and establishing a better relationship with your dog.
My mission is to guide the owner through a process that will help them understand, communicate, and work with their dog to resolve training challenges and behavioral problems in your home and IN THE REAL WORLD, not in the artificial realm of a training center.
